here is a wedding that the bride took care of every single detail!
it was amazing..
and I felt so bad that a freak rainstorm came and dumped right before their backyard ceremony.
(good thing she had me there early to photograph all of those little details..)
i met danielle when i worked at sears.
we had way too much fun.
she and her husband were sealed in the draper utah lds temple.
we were blessed with some awesome weather.
(i even got to take my mom along. we went to ikea after. it was a great day for many reasons.)
curt was such a hoot..

then there was the request: “i would like one.. of me.. on mah belly.. in the grass.”
such a special day! thanks for letting me be part of it.
This last weekend turned out to be a busy one.. but SO fun!
I was asked to take pictures of a cousin (in-law) while she got primped and pretty for her wedding day Saturday. It was so much fun! Just a bunch of women, sitting around, chatting, and soaking in the joy.
It was such a fun day.
I probably even did something tacky (gasp!), and brought my camera to the ceremony (tacky because they had a photog), but I couldn’t resist…
Tucking away vows for later.. this is what you do when pockets are unavailable. (Just ask my cell phone or lens cap.)

It was such a full, fun day! It was so nice to be there, in the temple with them, to hear those sacred blessings. It is an awesome place to be.. Lynn was broken-hearted to not be able to "see" them get married. This girl wants to be in a temple so badly! The girls really did enjoy our long day..
Surprisingly, I look forward to when it is their turn.
