I love the editing that you did on this picture and the balloon one. I have photoshop, but never really use it. I need to get into it more. Do you just play around with it or have you found some tutorials that you have used?
I have watched some tutorials from Jessica Sprague, LOVE HER!! But after learning what a few things do, I just play until I find the look I want.
